Most of our tours require booking at least 1 day in advance, though some specialized experiences like paragliding may need more notice. We recommend booking 2-3 days ahead to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak tourist seasons.

Medellín has a tropical climate with occasional rain showers. Most of our tours continue with light rain as we provide covered areas and indoor alternatives. For outdoor activities like paragliding or hiking tours, we may reschedule for safety reasons. If we need to cancel due to weather, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Yes, you can modify your group size up to 24 hours before your tour start time, subject to availability. If you're increasing the number of participants, additional fees will apply at the per-person rate. If you're reducing the group size, please note that some tours have minimum participant requirements, and refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
